Depending on the application, we choose the use of either a common PC or an industrial type screen (Operating Panel) which can be either with keyboard or a Touch Panel.
Ergobulk’s SCADA systems provide to the operators the capability to operate each element of the system by turning to “manual” operation when there is a need for maintenance or a repair.
On the screen is shown the whole operating diagram of the installation as well as all the malfunctions that may happen. The program is fully customized to suit the specific installation and through the screen there can be monitoring of the system, recipe input and registry of the total quantity of each raw material used.
