Manual de-bagging stations can be combined with de-dusting systems and can be made from mild steel or stainless steel.
Both big-bag and small bag loading stations are equipped with weighing system.
Big bags are positioned on the station either by a movable hoist or by a forklift truck on a subframe supported on springs, in case there is not adequate height and the material characteristics allow it. There can be special sealing equipment and dust collection equipment in order to minimize dust.
Optional discharge aids for products with poor flow characteristics are bag jostlers, air-pads or vibrating cones.
